「十年如一日专注精品咖啡的贵阳咖啡店」说起精品咖啡很多人第一反应就是北上广深，殊不知在贵州省贵阳市有一家精品咖啡店开了15年之久，其创始人还曾代表中国第一次闯进世界咖啡师大赛半决赛，它就是2015年世界咖啡师大赛中国区冠军胡颖的Nectar One Cafe（简称N1）。在任何一个城市，一家咖啡店能开超过5年的绝对是凤毛麟角。能开10年以上的老店，必然有着过人的本领。2019年，我第一次来到N1打卡，点了冠军创意咖啡&ldquo;谦虚的简单&rdquo;和&ldquo;Espresso Martini茅台版&rdquo;，虽然后者是一款鸡尾酒，但我更喜欢称呼它为&ldquo;茅台咖啡&rdquo;。在茅台省喝茅台咖啡，听起来很地道的样子。🌟它的口感，地道到让我至今难忘！波士顿壶摇出来的成品具有很强的包裹性，整杯饮品的丰富口感宛如一个层层剥开的洋葱，初入口中就是咖啡的坚果巧克力香气萦绕，液体滑落的过程中香气逐渐加强，至舌根处茅台的香味爆出，吞咽时茅台和浓缩的混合液体一同在我的食管里高ch&aacute;o。不开玩笑，以前我总是get不到茅台的点，在那之后，我只想疯狂给茅台打Call。这一杯茅台咖啡我整整惦记了两年。2021年五一，为了再喝一次，我又一次来到贵阳。熟悉的城市，熟悉的街角，而店内的装饰和咖啡师都已换了一批，也不再像19年那样赠送报纸。不变的是依然舒适的环境，依然Nice的服务，恰到好处的摄影作品装饰。我们常常调侃（在广州）想开自己的咖啡店，首先要有自己的铺，因为高昂的租金是逼死骆驼的第一根稻草。北上广深的咖啡店越开越小，外卖店、自提店越来越流行，人们站在街边就着汽车尾气品尝咖啡。而在N1，第三空间的功能和精品咖啡的定义没有冲突，你依然可以在这里悠闲地喝上一杯， 既可以坐在露台上看楼下的车来车往，亦可以在大长桌前待上半天。很可惜，在我第二次到访的时候，N1已经不售茅台版的咖啡马天尼了。伤心失落之下，我一口气把店里的其他几款特调都点了一遍。在此客观评价一句：都不错，适合咖啡小白尝试，但仅仅过去一个多月，我已经不太记得它们分别有什么特点了，只有那杯一刻甘甜，我还记得它是浓缩和果汁的混合，是我喜欢的既丰富又清爽的口感&hellip;&hellip;在我喝到最后一杯的时候，咖啡师终于告诉我：&ldquo;其实我们的新店&lsquo;对的咖啡&rsquo;还有卖茅台版咖啡马天尼，您要不去试试？&rdquo;&ldquo;&hellip;&hellip;你不早说？？？&rdquo;👈🏻（此处实为无声的呐喊&hellip;&hellip;）未完待续，下一篇，对的探店。

贵阳的咖啡厅真的被（我）小瞧了，去了好几家，很多惊喜，跟其他刚去过贵阳探咖啡厅的朋友聊起来，也得到了同样的反馈。这家算是当地各项排名都很高的一家，慕名找过去，顺着楼梯找到他家，没想到空间这么大。店里还挺热闹的，各种形式的座位空间都有，进门不远处可以点单，咖啡种类也不少。谦虚的简单，大概是店里人气很高的一款，说是主理人胡颖曾于2016年赢得世界咖啡师大赛12强时的创意。一大杯咖啡，一小杯橙汁苏打，一同上桌，店员还会简单介绍一下，推荐先喝橙汁，里面带气泡的，二氧化碳更好地刺激味蕾打开，咖啡是耶加雪啡，水洗的，入口感觉是另一杯橙汁哈哈哈，让我一度怀疑，我喝到的真的是咖啡吗？他们家，选择真的很丰富，让我感觉去一次有点不够过瘾，那要是再有机会，一定再去喝一杯~
